I have read the reservation/cancelation policy Reservation Policy To confirm the reservation we ask for a 3O% deposit through bank money transfer or a valid credit card. Cancellation Policy 1. Reservations up to 3 Nights: Guests must pay the full amount for reservations up to 3 nights at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 6 months before arrival will not be eligible for a refund. 2. Reservations Longer Than 3 Nights: Guests must pay a 30% deposit of the total amount for reservations longer than 3 nights at the time of booking. The remaining 70% of the total amount must be paid 20 days before the scheduled arrival date. Deposit is non refundable 6 months before arrival. 3. Reservations within 60 days before arrival The full amount must be paid at the time of booking and is non refundable. 4. Non-Flexible Dates and Persons: Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is made, the dates and number of persons cannot be changed. "
